Winners of INTERROGANTE 2012

Finally, INTERROGANTE 2012 comes to a close. Thanks to everyone who contributed to its success. It has been a memorable start for Quest and Christ University Institute of Management in Coporate Quizzing!

A big success. A big thank you!

Interrogante 2012 was the brain child of Quest, the Quiz Club of CUIM. We began with a dream and a hope of making Quest, one of the best quizzing forums in India. And today, I can proudly say that we’ve had a great start. I thank God Almighty for his grace and blessing and for the successful completion of this endeavour of ours.

We owe today’s success to many people who have guided us, supported and helped us throughout the course of the past two months. On behalf of Team Interrogante, I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Mitesh Agarwal, our quizmaster for the day, whose dynamism and charm adds to the success of this event. I’d like to thank sir and his team for taking time off their busy schedule and conducting this event in true style.

I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the 70 teams from across 8 cities who participated in the quiz today and made Interrogante 2012, truly, a grand event. On behalf of Quest, I would like to congratulate the Team from TCS-CITI, Jayakanthan and Gopal Kidoo, and Prashant and Rohit for emerging as the winning teams. Congratulations to the other finalists as well who made it to the stage today and to the team from Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad, for winning the best student team award.

Let me also take this opportunity to thank our Director, Fr. T.V. Thomas, Prof. Rita Mallik, Prof. Anand Christopher, Prof. Kshetragna and my colleagues at Quest, without whose enthusiasm and hard work, this day would not have been possible. Special thanks to my Core Team for their dedication and untiring efforts. I also extend my gratitude to all those outside off Quest, who have volunteerd and helped us in putting this event together. A big thank you to Mr. Rajan and his team, for all the technical assistance. And I thank all who graced the occasion today and being a part of our first, national level business quiz.

Event Details

Christ University Institute of Management is proud to present its first national level business quiz – Interrogante 2012.

About The Event

Interrogante 2012 is a national level business quiz. It is an initiative by Quest, the quiz club of Christ University Institute of Management.

The event is hosted by Mitesh Agarwal, a prominent name in quizzing events across India. We expect India's Top Corporates & Students to turn up for the event. This quiz will have, by far, the Highest Cash Prize for Any B-School Quiz in the country!

Quizzer Profile

An eminent name in the quizzing society and a prolific quizzer, Mitesh Agarwal conducts quizzes on a variety of topics; he works during the day as the CTO & Director of Oracle’s Systems Consulting Business.

He has won several quizzes including the prestigious Tata Crucible Corporate Quiz, Landmark Open Quiz & the Odyssey Open Quiz. He is one among the 3 idiots in the “Metaquizziks” quiz team from Bangalore.

He has conducted quizzes for The Hindu BusinessLine AdClub, IIM(A), IIM(B), IIM(L), BITS Pilani and various corporate institutions across the country.

At Christ University, expect a volley of new quiz fundas and some high class quizzing action. You can be sure that Grey Does Matter!

Participation

• Interrogante is open to all professionals and b-school students (students pursuing engineering and professional courses are welcome too)

• Any number of teams can participate from a given organization

• Every team should have exactly two members

• Mixed teams are allowed (1 Corporate + 1 Student)

Accommodation

• Interrogante will be conducted between 10am to 5pm on Saturday, 10th March 2012

• Participants are encouraged to plan their itinerary accordingly

• All the out-station teams reaching a day earlier will be provided a stay for one night ie: 9th March2012.

• Lunch will be provided to all participants on the day of the event

• Teams will have to arrange for travel on their own
